How do I know if my bike is eligible?

Eligibility depends on the year, type, and modifications made to your bike. The VRRA has specific criteria for each racing class, which can include age restrictions, modifications, and engine size. The VRRA Bike Eligibility Section outlines the specifics for each class. If you're still unsure whether your bike qualifies, you can reach out to the VRRA at vrratechchair@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help!

Do I need racing experience to join VRRA events?

Prior racing experience is not required! Whether you're a seasoned racer or a novice who’s eager to try racing for the first time, the VRRA welcomes riders of all skill levels. If you are not a licensed racer, we offer a Stage 1 School. It offers basic racing skills and guidance to help you get started. If you already are an experienced racer we will recognize a current racing license from most other reputable racing organizations.
