Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Refund and Exchange Policy. There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. All ticket sales are final. We run rain or shine. Please be sure you are happy with your selection before finalizing your purchase
2. Track Access. Please print your tickets and present them at registration. Once checked in you will receive an wrist band that must be worn in the facility.
3. Emails. You will receive 2 emails. The first is a confirmation from PayPal that your transaction was successful. A second email will arrive in about 2 minutes containing your tickets. You must print this email and bring it with you for access to the track. Emails will be sent to the email address entered on the checkout page.
4. Review Upon Receipt. Please review your tickets and confirmation upon receipt. If any detail of your order is incorrect, please contact the VRRA immediately at vrra.tickets@gmail.com.
5. Ticket Number. Please be sure to record/save your ticket number, as this is required for replacing lost tickets and locating orders.
6. Lost Tickets. Lost ticket emails can be replaced provided you have your ticket number or email address available. Please email the VRRA at vrra.tickets@gmail.com to request replacement tickets.
7. Reselling Policy. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes except with the express written consent of the VRRA. The VRRA reserves the right to refuse entry to any customer who has purchased tickets and resold them, or to any person attempting to gain entry with such tickets.
8. Reproduction Policy. It is unlawful to reproduce any tickets in any form. In the event of reproduction, the VRRA reserves the right to refuse entry to the original purchaser as well as any person attempting to attend a event.
9. Personal Data. We only collect personal data including names and emails for registration purposes. We DO NOT collect your financial or PayPal information. All personal data will be deleted 30 days after the event.
10. Cookies. We will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
11. Agreement. Submitting a ticket order indicates your AGREEMENT to these terms and conditions.
