2024 AGM Banquet
Rider, Crew and Spectator tickets for the VRRA Grand Prix at Shannonville Motorsports Park on September 13th through September 15th, 2024 are now available. Tickets for Riders and Crew are $40 for the weekend. Spectators are $20 but will not provide hot pit access or armbands at registration. Children under 12 are admitted free. Camping within the facility is included
You will receive a purchase receipt and a second email containing your tickets. If you do not receive the emails within 10 minutes please check your spam/junk folder or contact vrra.tickets@gmail.com
Please check and print your tickets and bring them with you for access to the facility at the main gate. Riders and Crew must present their tickets at registration to receive a wristband that must be worn at all times. There is a strict no admittance policy to the Track or the Hot Pit area without a wristband.
Riders and Crew must sign the Insurance waiver. This waiver is electronic and a links to the documents can be found below. Please sign this prior to arriving at the track as it will expedite your registration process.

The Banquet and Awards ceremony will begin with cocktails at 5:00 pm followed by dinner served at 6:30 pm. The Banquet Menu consists of:
- Maple roasted seasonal squash soup with cinnamon cream
- Redskin potato salad with chive and grainy mustard dressing
- Organic mixed greens with cherry tomato, shredded carrot and balsamic dressing
- Garden vegetable platter with hummus dip
- Diced fresh fruit with caramel and berry sauces Assorted mini pastries
- Seasonal cakes and pies
- Pan-seared chicken breast with Port and mushroom demi
- Slow roast beef pot roast with caramelized onions and roast parsnip
- Cheese tortellini with julienned vegetables and three cheese sauce
- Roast red skin potatoes
All buffet dinners come served with warmed bread rolls, churned butter, seasonal vegetables and freshly brewed coffee.
